This policy is intended to demonstrate our confidence in the effectiveness of our Google Business Profile SEO services, while also ensuring that clients remain actively engaged in the success of their own digital marketing efforts.
Eligibility Criteria for Refund
To qualify for a full refund, the following mandatory conditions must be fulfilled over a continuous three-month period:
Service Continuity:
The client must maintain uninterrupted services with no pauses or cancellations during the 3-month term.
Any late payments, service gaps, or downgrades will void the eligibility for a refund.
Client Cooperation:
The client must respond to all service-related communications within 24 hours.
All necessary content (photos, videos, logos, business info, etc.) must be provided within the stipulated timeframes.
The client must follow our strategic recommendations without interference.
Review Submission:
A minimum of 25 authentic customer reviews must be added to the client’s GMB profile each month (a total of 75 in 3 months).
Reviews must be compliant with Google’s terms and not be generated through fake or incentivized means. Reviews flagged or deleted by Google will not count.
Profile Exclusivity:
No third-party agencies or freelancers should make changes or updates to the GMB profile during the campaign.
The client must not attempt self-optimization or run parallel campaigns that interfere with our process.
Performance Criteria:
There must be no visible improvement in any key performance metrics including:
Keyword ranking growth
Profile views and search impressions
Call or message actions
Direction requests or website clicks
Performance will be evaluated using a combination of tools including Google Business Insights, tracking dashboards, and keyword monitoring tools. Small or moderate improvements—even if not reaching the top-3 positions—will void the refund request.
Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
No refunds will be granted in the following scenarios:
Business closure, location change, or service termination initiated by the client.
Delayed or missed payments.
Non-compliance with review strategy or delayed submissions.
Profile suspensions not caused directly by AD Marketing.
Engagement in black-hat tactics, fake reviews, or other violations of Google policies.
Final Decision Authority
All refund requests are reviewed at the end of the 3-month period. Refunds are granted only if all conditions have been fully met, and the assessment is done solely by AD Marketing’s internal team. The company’s decision on refund eligibility is final and non-negotiable.
